Common beginner mistakes to eliminate early
Learn the errors that make an otherwise correct Kundli reading go off track.
Mistake one: treating the printed Rashi number as a house number. In North Indian style, houses are fixed by position and Rashis are printed as numbers.
Mistake two: interpreting one planet-sign placement in isolation. A planet also carries the houses it rules, receives aspects, joins other planets and changes context across Vargas.
Mistake three: mixing chart layers. A D9 sign is a derived Navamsha placement; it does not replace the natal D1 sign. A D10 placement does not replace the D1 10th-house structure.
Mistake four: ignoring birth-time sensitivity. Lagna and divisional boundaries can change with small time differences, especially when a position lies near a boundary.
