Five-fold compound friendship
Combine natural and temporary relations into five practical categories.
The five-fold relation combines the fixed natural relation with the chart-specific temporary relation.
Friend+friend becomes great friend; enemy+enemy becomes great enemy. Neutral+friend becomes friend, neutral+enemy becomes enemy, and a natural friend/enemy reversed by the temporary relation becomes neutral.
The app exposes both ingredients as well as the combined result so students can audit the classification.
For every graha, separate three layers: its natural significations, the houses it rules for this Lagna, and its actual placement/condition. Most beginner contradictions disappear when these three layers are written separately.
A planet should therefore be read as a chain rather than a label: rulership → placement → dignity/dispositor → conjunctions/aspects → relevant Varga → timing. The Strength Lab lets you inspect these pieces instead of guessing them.
