Conjunctions
Separate same-sign conjunction from exact angular closeness.
The app calls planets conjunct when they occupy the same sidereal sign/whole-sign house.
It also calculates their exact angular separation. This lets the learner see that two planets can share a sign while being widely separated in degrees.
No universal “orb” is imposed by the engine; if a later course adopts an orb convention, it will be named explicitly.
Aspects and conjunctions are geometry before they are interpretation. First establish who is aspecting whom, or which planets share a sign, and only then discuss what that relationship may mean.
Keep the ordinary full-sign Parashari aspect rules separate from degree-based Drik Bala. They answer different questions and the app intentionally presents them in different labs.
How to read it
- Locate the aspecting planet.
- Count to the target house/sign using the rule in the lesson.
- Verify whether that aspect is one of the planet’s full aspects.
- For conjunction, verify same-sign placement and then inspect degree separation separately.
- Write the geometry first, interpretation second.
