Ruchaka Yoga
Mars forms Ruchaka when it is in its own/exaltation sign and a Kendra from the Lagna or Moon in the Phaladeepika profile used here.
Ruchaka is the Mars member of the Pancha Mahapurusha group. The engine requires Mars to occupy Aries, Scorpio or exalted Capricorn, and simultaneously a Kendra (1, 4, 7 or 10) reckoned from the Lagna or the Moon.
Both conditions are required. Mars in Capricorn in the 11th is exalted but does not satisfy the Kendra condition; Mars in the 10th in Aquarius is angular but not own/exalted.

Treat every Yoga as a rule audit. Convert the Yoga name into explicit conditions, identify the planets/houses involved, and mark each condition true or false. A name should never be produced before its conditions have been checked.
Formation and strength are different questions. After a Yoga forms, dignity, combustion, functional role, relevant Vargas and timing can change how prominently it is traditionally read; the existence check itself should remain transparent.

- Mark formed only when the profile’s conditions pass.
- Assess condition/strength/timing separately.
